Robyn

Swedish singer Robyn gained world fame at the age of 17 with the naive tune Show Me Love. She then disappeared from the international scene for a long ten years. In 2007 Robyn's name quite unexpectedly resounded all over the world once more - first with the hit single With Every Heartbeat, and then with her album, Robyn. Pop critics immediately praised the blonde Swede as a role model for Madonna and Kylie Minogue: that is how you work with current musical trends; that, dear seasoned pop divas, is an excellent example of what modern electronic pop should be like. Robyn is now 31, and plans to release three albums this year. The first two volumes of the trilogy - Body Talk Pt. 1 and Body Talk Pt. 2 - are already out. This is the music people will dance to in London, New York and Stockholm in 2010. It is worth noting that, like most Swedish women, Robyn has impeccable taste and an unpredictable style of dress. Her presence brings a fresh breath of Scandinavian air to the world of pop music, which is still dominated by Anglo-Saxon forces.
