In 2009 legendary guitarist Carlos Santana became a resident performer in Las Vegas, where The Joint concert hall at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino serves as a permanent venue for his show Supernatural Santana: A Trip through the Hits. Tickets cost from $79 to $299. Carlos Santana plays 36 shows per year in the gaming capital of the world. The bill includes all the hits written over 40 years of his musical career and shows off the multifaceted talent that is Carlos Santana. However, the European fans of this guitar legend will not have to travel to Las Vegas to enjoy the show: this autumn the ten-time Grammy winner brings a tour to the Old World, where he will perform his unique blend of jazz, Latin rock, African influences, reggae, pop and hip-hop. Carlos Santana's new album, Guitar Heaven... The Greatest Classics of All Time, will be released this September.
