Mini Palais

Recently a circle of museum restaurants in Paris has expanded by another newcomer - Mini Palais. Opened just in June 2007 and situated in Grand Palais museum, it is quite impressive in its dimensions - an area of 500 m², high ceiling, dark concrete flooring and a monumental interior. Still the most desirable part is its terrace. Tables are placed among the colons, overlooking Alexander III Bridge. Mini Palais is opened every day until 2 a.m. After 11 p.m. a musical background on the terrace is overseen by a DJ. But the restaurant, in its turn, is overseen by its trendy chef Gilles Choukroun. Therefore a visit of Mini Palais turns out not only into a gastronomic but also an aesthetic adventure.
