FOAM - Fotografiemuseum Amsterdam or the Amsterdam Museum of Photography - was opened in 2002. Exhibitions held there cover practically all areas of photography, from art to history, from fashion (the famous fashion photographer Mario Testino has exhibited his work at FOAM) to documentary photography.
