If you are in Moscow and crave for fine European-style food and Paris-worthy pastries, any of the four Academiya cafés would make a great choice. Aside from delicious cakes and coffee, they offer superb pizzas (perhaps the best ones in the city), pastas, salads, steaks, and sushi (still much loved in Moscow cafés). The pleasure for your taste-buds doesn't come cheap, yet everything is first-rate and very delicious. Not for nothing Academiya cafés are trendy among foodies of all ranks - from businessmen and fashion victims to students, creative intellectuals and other bohemian-minded folks. Maybe it's due to its warm and cozy ambiance and pleasant modern décor done in sunny yellow and chocolate palette.
