Contemporary Azerbaijani cuisine: excellent salad of mixed greens and cress with a yoghurt sauce and freshly-sliced radish. Perfect grilled meat. Stylish and contemporary décor, one of the most important elements of which is a whole wall of vivid yellow lemons in glass bowls. The price list seems relatively pleasant compared to the usual vulgar costliness seen on every step in Moscow. Excellent service and location (opposite the Budapest Hotel). Advance booking recommended.
