The best French restaurant in the city, located in a 19th century riad. It's not hard to find - not far from Maison Arabe and the Koutoubia mosque. You will be expected by a guide at the tiny side street that leads to the restaurant. Excellent goose liver terrine and fish courses - besides, unlike many other places, at Le Pavillon you can always be certain that the fish are fresh from the ocean (delivered daily first thing in the morning).
You will even find oysters on the menu. A simple and cosily charming interior: you can dine in the courtyard in the green shade of trees or perhaps in one of the alcoves with walls draped with antique Moroccan carpets. On each table there is a candle in a Moroccan glass candle lanterns (by the end of the dinner you will be coveting one of those for your own home); excellent service.
