Trinity is a three-apartment mansion literally a couple of metres from Malabar House. It is a true gem of design, a fabulous mixture of modern style and Keralan traditions. The all but minimalist interior is combined with objects of local art and antique relics. Trinity is the most demanded of all the Malabar Escapes properties, so be sure to book a room in advance. The only downside is actually the perfection of the place - the ideal design and recognisable comfort will make you feel that your room could be located anywhere in the world, even more so should you choose the swimming pool and outdoor lounge over trying to find your way in the maze of the Cochin streets: the genuine Indian flavour of the place may be left unsavoured.
