The best sea food in Singapore. No design to speak of but fantastic choice instead: everything is very fresh, in fact, most of your sea food is still swimming around in fish tanks. Plus, the place is located on the ocean bank; it is an approximately 15 minute drive from the city. The centre consists of some ten separate restaurants but the menus are quite similar. Depending on the hour and mood you can have your meal inside or by the water, just roll up your sleeves and don't forget to bring your own wet tissues, that's the only thing you may have trouble laying your hands on here. $
