A bohemian-style restaurant and exhibition space that draws artsy crowd of the city. Chim Sao offers traditional Vietnamese fare and boasts a good selection of rice wine to go with it. Regularly changing works of local artists adorn its walls, while, especially in the evenings, every inch of the cozy place is packed with people, both locals and foreigners. The ground floor features a restaurant in a traditional sense of the word, with wooden tables and chairs, yet upstairs, people sit straight on the floor on scattered around pillows, and the whole place brims with lively, vibrant atmosphere. The staff struggles with English, yet, strangely enough, it does not get in the way of communication, as your wishes are almost caught on the fly...
