No Country For Young Men. Contemporary Greek Art In Times Of Crisis. Centre for Fine Arts, March 30 - August 3

This is the most comprehensive exhibition of Greek contemporary art to be held outside of Greece in the past ten years. It is also the first exhibition devoted to the current economic crisis and its effect on the lives of people in Greece. The works of 32 artists and artist groups are arranged in a labyrinth that intentionally disorients and deceives the viewer, leading to a dead end in some places, and to a "light at the end of the tunnel" in others. The labyrinth's design serves as a metaphor of the crisis, while the exhibition itself can be seen as a powerful visual essay that not only reflects on the events in the country, but also provides a stimulating impulse for positive change.
