A narrow street of Šibenika, previously part of the Venetian republic, extends uphill, finally reaching a small inner courtyard of 700-year-old Villa Pelegrini-Tambača. Now it houses possibly the best restaurant in the town, skillfully blending tradition and innovation in its cuisine. You can go for a cozy meal in a courtyard, watched over by a deep, ages-old well, or on a street-side terrace, overlooking the Romanesque cathedral of St. Jakov - the symbol of the town.
