Vesna Milković, the owner and the chief designer of Mara Etno Butik draws her inspiration from traditional Croatian motifs, which have fallen deep into her heart already during her cultural studies. In the small shop, Vesna Milković offers hand-made modern garments and accessories created using old-fashioned techniques. Her textiles feature graphical patterns borrowed from the ancient Slavonic alphabet "glagolitza", a typical palette of colors and golden embroidery.
