Although the Hi Hotel doesn't seem to match any of the classic preconceptions of French Riviera, it is literally a true adventure, particularly for gadget and hi-tech enthusiasts - a 21st century citadel of futurism. The interior was designed by Matali Crasset; everything is in matching style, from door handles to the last teaspoon at the hotel restaurant. On your first visit to the Hi Hotel, you will have forgotten all about the outside world during the short walk from the lobby to your room - an utter shock of colours and technologies. There are 37 rooms in all - nine different and quite radical concepts which vary in price and design, including, for instance, a room with an interior terrace. The rooftop of the Hi Hotel features a respectable swimming pool with a 360º panoramic view of the city of Nice.
