A design destination, even in the case if perfume by the Comme des Garçons Japanese cult fashion label - its bouquet no less extravagant than the brand's lines of clothes - is not really your element. One of the best-known is the Synthetic five-fragrance series which captures the classic aromas of the urban environment. The names are quite telling: Dry Clean, Garage etc. These fragrances are surprisingly long-lasting as would befit perfumes inspired by industrial aromas and smells: they will linger not only in your wardrobe but even on a cup from which a Comme-des-Garçons-loving friend of yours has sipped coffee. The pink front of the building is the handiwork of Future Systems but the interior design with bent white and metal shelves as its main element has been created by the Japanese architect Takao Kawasaki.
