This restaurant is like the continuation of a visit to an art gallery. While the nearby Kim? contemporary art gallery challenges visitors' aesthetic perceptions, the Kitchen restaurant does the same with people's taste buds. Kitchen's distinctly modern menu offers an international bouquet of flavours, while using only fresh and seasonal products whenever possible, mainly Latvian-grown food. The interior is elegantly restrained with witty details. For example, the wine list is offered as a label on a wine bottle.
