Sobański villa, located in the embassy district, is one of the few historic buildings that have survived the war almost intact. Currently owned by the polish Business Club, it houses also a high-end restaurant that welcomes also non-members to its large, round tables by the fireplace. It features spacious, minimalist style interior adorned with just few luxurious lamps and live flowers. Only some stricter intonations of business negotiations or quiet whispers of romantic dinners interrupt its otherwise serene atmosphere.
Amber Room has spiced up the traditional Polish cuisine by introducing some contemporary trends like a la carte, tasting menu and business lunch, including experiments with molecular gastronomy.
