The club is housed in the cellar of a typical Moscow courtyard - an ironic, slightly decadent parody of the Soviet era, complete with the ultimate interior of a communal flat: a maze of countless tiny rooms, gas stoves, diplomas, portraits of communist leaders, oilcloth-covered kitchen tables and dance floors. 1970s and 1980s (pre-Perestroika) Russian music alternates with Italian hits. The club-goers are a motley crowd from all walks of life. Incredibly cheerful and fun atmosphere. You can also have an excellent and inexpensive meal, although gastronomic delights are not quite what most people have in mind when they come here.
