The spa is located in the 42nd and 43rd floors of Hotel Arts, complete with a sea view. Just remember that Hotel Arts is one of the tallest buildings in Barcelona, built in 1992 especially for the Olympic Games, and then you will get the picture. The view is particularly striking in late afternoon and at night. The Art of Stone Therapy treatment is among things worth trying out: it employs ancient Tibetan and Native American methods, using cold and hot volcanic stones for muscle relaxation. Don't expect anything special from the place itself, though - it is a hotel with 482 rooms and suites, after all.
