The small medieval town of Yvoire on the bank of Lake Geneva, just outside Geneva, is home to a fabulously picturesque park called Garden of Five Senses. The renovated palace kitchen garden has now been transformed into a labyrinth inspired by the closed gardens of medieval monasteries - it is created out of a great variety of plants. Roses, fruit trees, medicinal and aromatic herbs, birdhouses and fountains reveal a world of colours, flavours, textures and sounds, constantly changing with the hours of the day and times of the year.
