The biggest asset of the hotel is its location - a historic Pera (Beyoğlu) district, housing numerous restaurants, galleries and boutiques. A famous strolling street - İstiklal Caddesi - is within a short walking distance, and a historic İstiklal Caddesi tramway, rattling along the street, within stone's throws, too. A humble facade of a multistoried building hides a tasteful fusion of the nostalgia of the 30ies and the romanticism of the 70ies with just a trace of the contemporary modernism. The hotel was renovated just 4 years ago and everything there is still new and fresh. It features unostentatious design elements and a stylish confectionery. Be sure to choose a room overlooking the city - being in Istanbul, you should to savor its ambience to the fullest!
Its top floor restaurant Mikla offers a fabulous panoramic view of the vibrant city, reaching as far as the Golden Horn and Bosporus. But at night, with thousands of glittering lights, the sight is even more impressive! A dinner table has to be booked in advance.
