A great spot for taking a breath and a cup of coffee after scrolling through numerous small shops of the main strolling street of the city. Robert's Coffee was started by Robert Paulig in 1987 in Helsinki, yet now it can be found in other European cities as well. However, a coffee gourmand destination on İstiklalCaddesi Street in Istanbul can not be compared to any of the kind. Café is settled in an outstanding art nouveau building with bygone days still lingering in its décor. Four stained glass windows, as four seasons and an old chandelier - it feels as if you were sipping coffee someplace in France, at the turn of the century. It's a spot worth the visit not only to have a cup of coffee or some salad, but to enjoy its unique ambience. It can seat about 60 people.
