Horacio is sited in Villa Elena, the chicest lodging of the Yalta neighborhood. It is a classic style restaurant, featuring an intimate ambiance and tables clad in white, placed in two separate rooms. A European style foodie's oasis - so untypical for Yalta, at first glance. Everything is top notch there - from Villeroy &Bosch crockery, impressive wine list (from Chianti for 480 grivnas to PomerolChateau Petrus, 1997, costing 22770!), to a proficient sommelier and an excellent service. Alongside with foie gras and Spanish jamón, you will find various gastronomic interpretations of locally available products as well. For example, a local fish sultanka, cooked with black sesame seeds and spicy vegetable salad for 60 grivnas. And a superb juicy beefsteak served with ratatuja - a pretty a rare treat indeed (155 grivnas). Every detail is perfectly thought out, including presentation of food.
