A skiing resort Zürs is perfectly located at the very heart of Alberg region - between Forarlberg and Tyrol. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, a small luxury hotel Thurnhers Alpenhof, in its turn, is positioned slightly away from a continuous stream of skiers. Although, with less choice of Alpine slopes there, it is a great opportunity to avoid unceasing buzz of tourists and instantly feel at home. Guests are met not only by two landladies of the hotel but also by Ashley - a hairy and watchful guard of the house. A typical cozy Austrian style house features classic interior with habitually small, yet elegant and tasteful rooms.
A gourmet restaurant at Thurnhers Alpenhof offers selected regional specialties like Foie Gras in Apple Rings. Tastes just excellent, with everything here being prepared from the freshest and finest products! Both landladies, by the way, gladly get involved into some cooking, too.
End of March, marking also the end of skiing season, is the best time for enjoying Thurnhers Alpenhof hospitality. Although it is a skiing resort, do not forget to pack some smart clothes, too, as you definitely will need them! And there is a good reason for that - an annual Thurnhers Alpenhof end of the season party. Hit of the evening is Tyrolean songs performed by both landladies to great pleasure and amazement of guests, creating a genuine "Sounds of Music" ambience.
