Dar Moha

Regardless of how your relationship with Moroccan cuisine is going to evolve, this is place you simply have to visit. Preferably on your first night in Marrakech (do book in advance). The head chef is Moha Fedal, a local star who has spent fourteen years working in Switzerland and come back to Morocco. Amazing ambience and interior (the previous owner of the building is the French fashion designer Pierre Balmain). The tables and the floor mosaic is covered in scattered rose petals. Choose a poolside table in the courtyard (the water is beautifully lit up). This place has its own story: this is the first private Marrakech house converted into a restaurant. Only a tasting menu is available.
