A permanently jam-packed and very popular café in the Old Market area - an excellent place for a light lunch if you are slightly tired of Khmer cuisine and crave something deliciously familiar: a sort of escape back to the West. The first floor sells French patisserie and takeaway ice-cream; the second floor is the ultimate oasis of Western aesthetics. Everything is white, laconic minimalism reigns supreme. Go ahead and spend some time lazing on the white lounge sofa. You can take your shoes off; the waiter brings you a special "sofa table" and you can order any of the internationally popular salads or an eco-cocktail from local fruits... Listen to the quiet humming of the perfect conditioner and enjoy your break between two temple visits. The other option is a slightly more traditional way - sit down at a table, take out your laptop and appreciate the impressive speed of the wireless internet connection.
