Karam Beirut

Lebanese cuisine is world famous for its freshness and diversity of flavors. Therefore, regardless of how long you stay in Beirut, be sure to visit a Lebanese restaurant and taste some typical local fare! A great choice for this purpose is Karam Beirut - one of the best Lebanese restaurants in the city and a genuine foodies' paradise! It features an elegant, yet down-to-earth décor. In summertime, tables are set outside as well. It offers an excellent tabbouleh (salad of parsley, tomato and sprouted wheat) and fattoush (salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, toasted pita bread and chickweed). If you consider having a main dish as well, better be moderate in ordering traditional Lebanese appetizers or mezze that come in lavish portions. Booking in advance is advisable, as Karam Beirut enjoys great popularity and is almost always packed full. By the way, another Karam Beirut can be found at Kempinski Hotel in Dubai.
