The Line

A feast for your eyes and taste buds. Sixteen (!) kitchens, a sushi and dim sum bar, 50 kinds of salad and 72 ice-creams. The interior is designed to remind of a nuanced graphical painting; the uniting element here - chosen by the New York designer Adam Tihany - is a sunset shade of orange to add some life energy or vitamin C to the more common white-and-grey décor. Location is one of the things that make this restaurant worth visiting: Shangri-La is one of the most famous (and expensive) hotels in Singapore. $$
