A small and cozy bed & breakfast type hotel, priding in a boutique charm and an excellent location. Keeping distance from swarming tourist trails, it is settled on the other side of Ping River, just a few minutes away from galleries, small handicraft shops, unpretentious, yet ever so lovely riverside restaurants. Nearby footbridge leads to the marketplace, overflowing with bright variety of fruit, vegetables and flowers.
It has just 15 rooms, fitted in cozy bungalows, featuring characteristic North Thailand's Lanna style architecture. Surrounded by tall trees and lush greenery, charming lodgings offer perfect peace and tranquility. Each accommodation has its own lovely terrace - you can lounge until nightfall, and even nasty mosquitoes will not bother you. A natural mosquito repellent is hidden under each table, saving you from the nuisance.
Rooms feature simple, yet authentic décor. Teak floors, a weatherworn wardrobe and a bed, hiding under a mosquito-net. Net-covered are windows, too, and can safely be left open at night. Although daytime heat and humidity in Thailand are almost intolerable, nights are fresh and tender.
A fabulous breakfast is served on a teak-wood terrace, partly covered by roof. Light wind flows freely through a wide terrace door and the service is flawless. Aside from European cuisine, you can taste authentic Thai delicacies. Omelette in Thai style with rice and sweet and sour sauce is just delicious!
