If instead of a bungalow type oasis you opt for a hotel apartment in the centre, Villa Duang Champa could be the best choice. Undoubtedly, it is one of the most delightful gems of Chiang Mai. Located in the very heart of the old city on Ratchadamnern Rd, a small boutique hotel is encircled by small shops and authentic temples. The elegant villa, having witnessed the history of several decades, is renovated and comprises 12 guestrooms, two of them being situated in a separate wooden house, offering more private atmosphere. Some rooms have small balconies and a light meal can be enjoyed at the first floor café.
