Bobby Chinn

Half Chinese, half Egyptian, born in New Zealand and trained in France... Bobby Chinn Restaurant is bound to stir up some curiosity with the bio of its chef alone! It finds its place on a plate as well, featuring amazing combinations of flavors and colors. Bobby boasts to offer one of the most creative cuisines in Hanoi, with almost each dish coming as a surprise. Menu is a marvel containing even Vietnamese tapas! Slightly bohemian décor features feathery silk curtains, partitioning 450 sq. meter space into smaller and more romantic areas, creating an illusion of intimacy. Bobby Chinn is also the author of a cookbook "Wild, Wild West", devoted to the contemporary Vietnamese cooking and comprising 100 of his most remarkable recipes.
