Hollmann Belletage

A lovely, boutique hotel with just 16 guest-rooms comfortably sited in the Old City, a few minutes' walk from the St. Stefan Dome. It is set on the 4th floor of the 19th century building. Speaking about Hollmann-Belletage, its owner, Robert Hollmann, says: „It will be your small private residence in Vienna". Feel of comfort and coziness surrounds with the first steps over its threshold - large rooms, lots of light, peculiar architectural solutions and well thought out design, modest yet ingenious.
Robert Hollmann is both an actor and a chef. He has performed in Berlin and Vienna and worked as a cook in New York, Honolulu and now - in Vienna. Maybe that's way a simple breakfast at Hollmann-Belletage resembles a theatrical performance! Every guest can enjoy an individual first meal of the day, and every day it's different.
Hollmann Salon of the same owner is a recent newcomer on the Vienna's restaurant scene. It is set on the ground floor of an ancient Baroque style building, just around the corner from the above mentioned hotel. It's a small restaurant and the patron himself spoils his guests with his delicious cooking. Any lunch and dinner feels like a special occasion there. The restaurant features a different, selected by the chef menu each day, which includes meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Everything is very fresh and rarely repeats. Every new day comes with new culinary improvisations there!
