Les 110 de Taillevent

Les 110 de Taillevent

A former Michelin star restaurant Les 110 de Taillevent, like many gourmet establishments in Paris has stepped onto a more democratic track by opening a brasserie.
Four most suitable wines are nevertheless selected per each Les 110 de Taillevent dish, being chosen from its list of 110 labels. All the wines are available by glass, either 7cl or 14cl, allowing to delve into fine nuances of wine and food pairing
Since wine is available by glass, one might wonder how it's possible to preserve over one hundred open bottles...It turns out that there is a small tube connected to each bottle that permits pouring the chosen wine without actually opening the bottle.
A tasteful décor of the place is done mostly of wood, but the dining room boasts an impressive fresco by Thierry Bruet.
