Maison Blanche

Author: Anothertravelguide.com0 COMMENTS

Maison Blanche - or the White House - is situated on the roof of Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, and one of the greatest assets of the restaurant is the fantastic panoramic view of Paris. The interior is all white, footage of black-and-white cinema is inconspicuously rolling on the curtains of side walls and rows of chairs discreetly remind that you have found yourself in a theatre. The place of a stage is taken by an enormous window with a view of the nocturnal Paris. Now and then a boat floats down the Seine, casting searchlights into the window. The lights flash on the plates and the traditionally black "packaging" of the patrons. Excellent cuisine and service.

Dinner for one (without wine): EUR 75-100 on average.
