Musée de la Vie Romantique

Author: Anothertravelguide.com0 COMMENTS

Why on earth would the most romantic of world cities need a museum of romance? And yet, the building that once used to house the painter Ary Scheffer's studio and is still treasuring memories of George Sand, now hides a true gem, the The au Jardin teashop. In the shade of the trees and an oasis of quiet - most untypical of Paris - you can choose from more than a dozen sorts of tea and a variety of cakes you'll find only in Paris, not to mention a freshly squeezed orange juice. Besides, there are not many who even know of this little place. However, don't forget the teashop is only open from May to September.
