Atelier Akeef

The new young men's lifestyle store Atelier Akeef can be categorized as a decently luxurious one. It's located in Berlin Mitte, a district seasoned in all sorts of creative experiments. Atelier Akeef, based on socially responsible and sustainable design, rises above the usual mentions of "organically produced", "eco-friendly", etc. One can get complete information about each item available there (both clothes and accessories) as for where and from what kind of material they are produced. Such approach is promoting responsible shopping and expanding ones knowledge, too. Nothing is anonymous there and every item has a story to it. For example, the store offers Brazilian brand Veja, which produces ecological, fair trade footwear using only organic cotton, naturally colored leather and natural rubber from Amazonas, which, by the way, is the only place in the world where the rubber trees grew in the wild. The store's décor is the very embodiment of its philosophy - walls are clad in wood and clay and only non-toxic natural colors are used there. Twenty-three brands of clothes and accessories from across the world are represented at Atelier Akeef.
