Obika

A gastronomic fetish place, dedicated exclusively to the one and only authentic buffalo mozzarella. Obikà stands for "here it is" in the Neapolitan dialect. A good, tasteful interior, slightly reminiscent of the traditional sushi bars: lumps of mozzarella swimming in fishbowl-style glass tanks. A free and easy atmosphere, it's definitely not a white tablecloths place. An outrageous number of mozzarella brands and serving options. Assorted antipasti would make a good start: you will be served a selection of different mozzarellas with apple and pepperoncino, Nero d'Avola grape and red onion marmalades and other dressings that set off the taste of mozzarella. The uniting factor for all the items of the wine list is the same: the wine has to go well with mozzarella. You have to experience this at least once in your life. A Milano branch has recently been opened between Via Mercato and Via Fiori Chiari. $$
