Café des Bains

Café des Bains

Café des Bains is located in Geneva's artistic quarter, just in front of the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMCO), which is set in a former steel factory. It's most definitely the address number one among Geneva's cafes and is widely advised by anyone who belongs to the city's artistic circles. Cafe des Bains is housed in the premises of a historic bistro, reopened in 2000. Its décor, designed by the art collector Caroline Vogelsang presents a skillful blend of modernity and a charm of bygone times. The menu offers East-West fusion cuisine, based on exclusively fresh, seasonal products. In step with its location - next to the Contemporary Art museum, the café offers creative cuisine and can surprise one's taste buds with unusual experiments, for example, cappuccino of chanterelles or fresh tuna ceviche with green celery and red radish. An excellent service!
