Vyner Street

Author: Anothertravelguide.com0 COMMENTS

There are hundreds of contemporary art galleries in London, many of which have recently "migrated" to Vyner Street in Hackney, turning this somewhat remote borough of London into one of the must-see places for art professionals. One of the best known is the Modern Art Gallery that counts among its collaborators the likes of Tim Noble, Sue Webster, Eva Rothschild, Tim Gardner and Matthew Collishow. Next door to the Modern Art Gallery you'll find alternative art galleries like Alma Entertainment, the Empire Gallery and Fred. On weekends art enthusiasts are welcome to attend open house days at numerous art studios. Weekend afternoons are best suited for a visit to Vyner Street.
