Julie's Restaurant

Author: Anothertravelguide.com0 COMMENTS

This is for moments when you stop in the middle of your got-to-see-all-the-novelties marathon, suddenly feeling like a taste of the eternal. Opened in 1971, it's one of the most romantic restaurants in the city: a maze of small offbeat dining rooms in different styles, including the Gothic Room. If you choose a table by the window, you will be free to contemplate more than just the design on your plate (light, organic kitchen): pay attention to the odd outlandish character visiting the Virginia vintage clothes shop just opposite Julie's Restaurant (see Where to Go Shopping). Advance booking is advisable.

Dinner for two - approximately GBP 100.
