Axamer Lizum

Axamer Lizum was a major ski site for Innsbruck 1964 Olympics. It's just half an hour drive by Skibus from the Innsbruck centre. The resort deserves its place among the best mostly for stunning memories you bring home from there. Freshly fallen snow that no one has touched yet is what any snowboarder values the most. It feels amazing and can easily become an addiction beyond compare! Axamer Lizum gives such a massive dose of positive emotions that it lasts for a long time ahead. An excellent relief, an abundance of snow and fast lifts that allow going up and down many times a day. It's worth the effort to get up early in the morning to avoid crowds and get a chance of slicing fresh powder, not yet crisscrossed by anyone else!
Axamer Lizum with its steep slopes grown with trees is more suitable for pro and intermediate level free-riders, yet there are slopes for kids and beginners as well.
A road to Axamer Lizum passes by an impressive size designer building, which turns out to be a prison.
