DELPHI FILMPALAST AM ZOO

Delphi Filmpalast, one of the opulent old-time movie theatres in West Berlin, is currently one of the most popular cinema centres in Germany - a status it owes to its old-fashioned magnificent decor and independent repertory. Delphi Filmpalast frequently hosts film premieres; it is also one of the venues of the Berlin Film Festival. Delphi, opened in 1949, originally served as a dancing-hall next door to the popular De Westens musical theatre.
