me Collectors Room

For those among the visitors of Berlin who have a curious side to them, is the museum Me. The museum has a permanent display named 'Wunderkammer' with things like a stuffed giraffe's head and neck, a Nile crocodile and a perfectly formed sphere made entirely of tiny mouse skulls. A section of the exhibition has been devoted to peculiar objects with often unknown origins, including artistic artefacts created by nature - such as the horn of a mythical narwhal and a just-as-mystical 4,000 year-old shard of a meteorite in the shape of an eagle's head. The museum also hosts wonderful temporary exhibitions of contemporary art.
