Navagio, Shipwreck beach, Zakynthosisland

Navagio or Shipwreck beach is an isolated sandy cove on the north coast of Greek island Zakynthos. Called after smugglers ship that was washed on the shores in the 80's, it completes the dramatic scenery of steep limestone cliffs, white sand and bright blue waters.No wonder it is one of the most famous Greek beaches to appear on the postcards and travel books.
