The concept of Working Space (Darba vieta in Latvian) is rooted in freelance lifestyle and philosophy. The bottom line is that the best recipe for becoming immune to economic crisis is to concentrate on doing things that one loves and is capable of. It's also important to create a suitable workspace where communication and socialization are vital part of it. "It's not a revolution of work - it's an evolution of life," goes the motto of Darba vieta. Housed in two accommodations, it serves as a workspace for graphic designers, photographers, video animation artists and even seamstresses - approximately 30 people altogether.
