The Latvian National Library, designed by Gunars Birkerts, (www.gaismaspils.lv ), the Concert Hall on AB Dam, by Andis Sīlis, (www.koncertzale.lv ) and the Contemporary Art Museum at Andrej Port by Rem Koolhaas (www.camriga.lv ). Although, these buildings do not exist yet, an opinion has been expressed that they will be the most significant ones ever built in Riga. In my opinion these buildings, as well as institutions they will house, will bring remarkable positive changes to the capital of Latvia already in the coming decade of this century. And at least some of us will be able to reach them without pretty commendable on the whole services provided by airBaltic .
